Open to the public from Friday 1st September until Sunday 12th November the exhibit tells the extraordinary story of this ethical and sustainable brand with shoes inspired by some of the films’ lead characters such as Rey, Finn, Poe, BB-8, Chewie or even Stormtroopers (under license with Lucasfilm/Disney).

Karin Kihlberg, Museum Manager at the Museum of Brands says: “We are thrilled to showcase a contemporary brand that leads on creating sustainable products successfully in a competitive and commercial environment. The display is surrounded by the context of our permanent collection and its rich history of space fiction, fan culture and fashion which includes original Star War merchandise from the 1970s and other popular sci-fi memorabilia such as characters Dan Dare, Stingray and Thunderbirds. It’s a must-see for all Star Wars and sci-fi fans out there”

Sven Segal, Founder and Creative Director of Po-Zu says: “We built the range to be collectible but also highly wearable. We wanted the shoes to resonate with the Star Wars community whilst also being commercially designed by incorporating some strong trend-led cues. The craftsmanship and quality have been widely praised – our history of working in partnership with our suppliers has helped us to bring sustainability into this collaboration.”
