Come and witness the quality of Long & Waterson through its show apartment – a window into what the development has to offer, down to the smallest detail

A new development in the heart of East London focusing on the importance of quality and design excellence.
Based in Shoreditch, an area rapidly considered the creative hub of the capital, the Long & Waterson development is an exquisite collection of homes focused on both the preservation and innovation of design excellence.
The result of a collaborative process between architecture and interior design, Long & Waterson offers a lifestyle founded in community, adaptability and culture. Imagined by firms ODA and Fletcher Priest, 119 individually designed lofts, apartments and penthouses are set within a complex of sunken gardens, podium deck and upper sundeck brought to life by award winning landscape architect, Alexandra Steed Urban.
Cementing the projects’ commitment to businesses of the neighbourhood, local interior designer and founder of Monologue London, Pavel Klimczak was enlisted to curate the on-site show apartment.
With the careful choice of materials used and an active interest in sociable living spaces for its residence, Long & Waterson offers a commitment to Shoreditch that is rarely seen.
Located in the heart of Shoreditch, 119 new build apartments and re-imagined lofts inspired by teams from London, New York and Milan.
The development combines new build sleek, re-imagined 1950’s charm and is situated around a private, multi level perennial, garden oasis.
The team at Long & Waterson are delighted to showcase the excellence of what they have achieved as part of the London Design Festival - with access to exclusive pieces featured in the show apartment throughout the occasion.
