We Built This City is a retail destination on a mission to revolutionise London souvenirs.
At the heart of the mission is their shop on Carnaby Street which hosts a curation of city-inspired goods and art prints from over 250 London-based artists, designers and makers.
Everything in store offers a different nod to London - from its skyline, landmark buildings, cultural icons and wildlife to the city's less-obvious love affairs with beards, bikes, biscuits and tea.
We Built This City believes that everyone should have the chance to take home a unique and lasting piece of London that supports the city's creative community at the same time.
Award-winning Carnaby Street store WBTC has invited emerging London-based artist Olly Fathers to design their storefront exclusively for LDF. Inspired by the perspective of buildings and the movement of the city around them - expect a colourful, mesmerising, alternative cityscape on a large scale!
Award-winning Carnaby Street store We Built This City has invited emerging London-based artist Olly Fathers to design their storefront exclusively for London Design Festival.
Inspired by the perspective of buildings and the movement of the city around them 'Mind of an Urban Spaceman' explores the A-B journeys which create the flow of the city. Visitors to Carnaby Street during LDF 2017 can expect to be mesmerised by an intriguing, colourful alternative cityscape on a large scale.
Olly's hand-painted 3D installation is the latest in a series of WBTC storefront collaborations, with London-based artists Supermundane, Camille Walala, Alice Bowsher and Rugman having been previously commissioned to showcase their work on one of London's most iconic streets.
Inspired by the 'Mind of an Urban Spaceman' installation, original artwork and limited edition prints by Olly Fathers will also be available to purchase throughout LDF 2017 exclusively at We Built This City.
