A key role in delivering and shaping IDEA’s vision, working closely with the Head of Content to build and implement communication and marketing strategies for all its activities. The role has a responsibility for engaging with, and cultivating, new and existent audiences, partners, and communities.
The role demands a candidate that has an exceptional eye for detail and copywriting skills, is proactive and with a problem-solving mindset. As part of the content & communications team, you will be interacting directly with IDEA’s broad audiences, and working with internal and external stakeholders including media & PR, designers, sponsors, partners, and suppliers.
Create and implement marketing strategies across brands – work with the Head of Content to uphold the brand promotion through style guidelines and visual identity
Execute the day to day digital and content strategy and oversee and implement social media strategy
Work with website stakeholders to manage website updates, from the back end dashboards to the programme of activities – ensuring websites remain updated
Create strategic marketing partnerships
Management of external PR stakeholders and media activity – overseeing press releases and
timelines to ensure strategic and successful delivery
PR & Media event strategy
Oversee marketing deliverables and coordination of partner content across brands and reporting
Management of marketing materials, working with stakeholders from design stage to print production including books, catalogues, listings and brochures
