On Thursday 22nd September at 9am, don’t miss the unique opportunity to have breakfast with Bolon’s Head of Sustainability and Co-founder of Greenpeace Sweden, Håkan Nordin, at Bolon’s showroom as he delves into the topic of the circular economy and discusses all things sustainability. rsvp@flooring-concepts.co.uk
On Friday 23rd from 12pm, Håkan will also join an interesting and thought-provoking panel discussion on ‘Materiality’ at Design London in Greenwich. Håkan has been working within the sustainability industry since 1984 and has great insight and knowledge about sustainability and climate issues. Håkan has previously held roles as Campaign Manager and Board Member at Greenpeace Sweden and Policy Adviser for Greenpeace International, as well as expert roles in various delegations and committees for the Swedish government, and as adviser to several companies and public organisations, such as H&M and Ikea, among others. Bolon will also launch beautiful new colour palettes for its longstanding and bestselling flooring collections, Artisan and Botanic at LDF. These will be exhibited at the showroom for the duration of the festival as part of a collaborative furniture, flooring and lighting display, created in partnership with innovative interiors brand, Moooi.
