Ruth's session invites you to take a break from your busy schedule for a 1-and-a-half of mindfulness & relaxation achieved through the medium of clay. Whether you choose to make a decorative bowl, a tray, or vase, you'll have the opportunity to let your artistic intuition lead the way. In collaboration with Shoreditch Exchange, this workshop offers an inspiring space for you to connect, learn and collaborate with other like-minded peers.
