Making its debut during London Design Festival 2021, Design London (22-25 September 2021) will showcase a curated selection of cutting-edge furniture, lighting and contract interiors brands as well as collaborations with renowned and emerging designers.
The dynamic show will be housed in Magazine London, a brand new, state-of-the-art venue on the Greenwich Peninsula just meters away from the iconic O2 arena. An essential platform to source contemporary furniture and lighting, the four-day event boasts a jam-packed programme of engaging content and a highly curated selection of sought-after brands. The expansive venue will house a multitude of international brands including Dutch furniture producers Artifort and Van Rossum as well as esteemed Italian manufacturers Ethimo; Penta, and Artemide. Lifestyle & Design Cluster will showcase a plethora of sophisticated scandi brands including Fredericia Furniture whilst bespoke sculptural lighting company Cameron Design House will reveal new contemporary brand Empty State and create a spectacular installation with never-before-seen handmade chandelier, Kuulas. Led by renowned industry influencers and thought leaders, Discussions at Design London will address the most pressing topics to encourage debate. British-Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori will open the talks programme on day one in his joyfully designed auditorium, ‘Transparency in shades of colour’. Other speakers include Henry Holland, Eley Kishimoto and Pearson Lloyd.
