Ariane AzzellA is an independent, ethical and sustainable brand, lovingly collecting and curating vintage tribal treasures to create strikingly individual, hand-made bags. Inspiration sparks from Ariane's travels through the deserts of Northern India, where the vivid colour pop of saris and turbans, splashed like paint against the vast horizons, contrast joyfully with the earthy tones of the landscape and limitless deep blue sky. These unique pieces emerge from an exploration of the bold shapes and textures of heritage tribal jewels and textiles that Ariane has lovingly collected on her journeys, piece by piece over the years. As Ariane delves into her collection, designs evolve to reveal a new function and identity, creating an aesthetic that blends tradition with today. Bracelets feature as handles, pendants are re-imagined as statement adornments, bespoke tribal belts created in vibrant hues, wrap around soft leather. The 'Lani' bag, draping elegantly over a rare vintage anklet, will shine at the heart of the collection for London Design Festival. This unique collection is hand made in London and all our adornments and bespoke details are selected and sourced individually.
