Window into a better future: Experience what future mobility might look like on London's Great Portland Street, with a dynamic window exhibition presenting modes of transport that are better for people and for the planet.
PriestmanGoode is a London-based multidisciplinary design consultancy using strategy, design and innovation to define future experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. To celebrate London Design Festival, the windows of PG's showroom at 150 Great Portland Street in Central London will be a showcase for future mobility. The studio is recognised a a factory of great ideas, transforming everyday experiences for people, from London to the rest of the world; always forward-thinking, bold and consistently striving to break new ground. As one of the many services offered to clients, PG is a world leader in design-led visualisation and digital solutions across transport, environment and product design, creating memorable experiences and bringing future visions to life. The display features Dromos, an autonomous network transit that will revolutionise mobility in smart cities. PG has created a movie showing the small autonomous and electric vehicles that run on demand, operating on a dedicated infrastructure. The system brings high density urban passenger and freight transport with considerably less cost, time and use of public space, whilst providing a highly convenient passenger experience. Whether your interests lie in transport, urban design or CGI and visualisation, take glimpse into the future as part of a visit to the Fitzrovia Design District.
