Chaired by curator Danielle Thom, this conversation invites designer Simone Brewster, artist Laxmi Hussein, designer Emefa Cole and writer and curator Hettie Judah to reflect on how motherhood shapes, challenges and enriches artistic and design work today, and how creative practice, in turn, shapes motherhood. Moving beyond stereotypes, the panel considers visibility, labour, time and the emotional landscapes that inform making.
