The Arches Studios Peckham, has been home to many professional creative studios since1990. Showcasing an evolving collection of fine craft, art & original handmade objects. Featuring a variety of established artists and makers, covering areas such as Ceramics, Sculpture, Globe making, Cabinet making & Metalwork.
The Arches Studios community in Blenheim Court, invites you to their Open Studio, as part of the London Design Festival 21. A few minutes from Peckham Rye station, The Arches Studios has been welcoming visitors to studio opens for nearly 30 years! See original artworks, crafts & chat with artists & makers, including: GEORGINA CORRIE .COM Makes slab-built Wall Pieces and Free Standing Constructions from low fired Earthstone clay. Which often include an element of hand-painted geometric or floral patterns, either to define certain planes or separately as stand alone images. EMMA FENELON .COM - Creates Sculptural Towers, weaving stories and traces from the personal to the collective. JANE MUIR .CO.UK - A Royal College of Art graduate obtaining an MA in 1992. Her Ceramic Pieces are mainly based on the human figure. She has been working as a successful artist exhibiting and selling worldwide ever since. DEBBIE RANDALL .COM - Creates Bespoke Wheel Thrown Ceramics, mainly tableware. Decorated with her own simple yet stylish glazes, on classic shapes, influenced by the Chinese, Korean and Japanese traditions. Supplying individuals and High End Restaurants.
