Zero to One

Zero to One is a meditation developed by Prem Krishnamurthy.
It takes as its premise that every act of mindfulness is also an act of transformation. Consisting of vowels, numbers and words, the meditation script delivers a phonic journey from subtraction and nothingness towards individuation and existence.
As a one-time act, Zero to One can be understood as personal performance; as a repeated practice, it becomes a tool for being differently.
