BLOQS exists to democratise access to industrial tools, workspace, and knowledge—so that anyone can learn skills, explore ideas, and make a living through making. We break down the barriers that limit who gets to design and fabricate, putting professional facilities within reach of individuals and businesses at every stage. Based in Enfield, North London, BLOQS brings together designers, artists, makers, and fabricators in a supportive, pay-as-you-go environment. Our 30,000 sq ft open-access factory includes wood, metal, CNC, textiles, and digital making—set up for real-world production. We believe design, craft, and manufacturing are inseparable, and that access to the means of making should never be a privilege. Through affordability, community, and a culture of openness, we’re building a more inclusive, sustainable creative industry.
