Brompton Design District is a design hub with an engaging mix of global design brands and cultural institutions including the V&A, alongside a curated programme of exhibits with a reputation for nurturing inventive design by independent designers. This year’s programme brings together designers whose work embraces uncertainty as an essential part of the creative process — valuing experimentation over perfection, and evolution over finality. From early prototypes and material testing to revisions and unexpected discoveries, Perfectly Imperfect reveals the thinking that shapes every outcome. By opening up the moments usually hidden from view, the programme celebrates design as a practice defined by curiosity, resilience, and continual change. The curated programme will be centred at The Lavery on 4 Cromwell Place with further exhibitions popping up throughout the District which stretches from the V&A to Brompton Road.
