ITERA Lab is a London-based emerging architectural research and design practice founded by Jiamin Chen and Lillian Chengtao Yuan. Working across spatial research, environmental inquiry and material strategies, the studio investigates how architecture can respond to changing territories, ecological systems, migration and evolving forms of inhabitation. At the core of ITERA Lab is a commitment to iteration: testing, adapting and reassembling spatial and material systems in response to complex and shifting conditions. The studio develops new methods, design strategies and practical solutions across scales, treating architecture as an adaptive framework capable of evolving with environmental, social and material change. Through research, experimentation and collaboration, ITERA Lab seeks to establish new spatial approaches for more resilient, inclusive and responsive futures.
