The Bottle Factory is a beautiful, light-filled pair of Victorian warehouses, lovingly restored by London-based developer Fabrix, for a new community of makers, creatives and urban industry. Originally home to world-famous J.Mills & Sons' bottling factory, founded in 1895, the landmark buildings are tucked away just off the Old Kent Road in a cobbled courtyard and are seeped in the manufacturing history of this special part of south east London. A rich mix of spaces full of character and industrial heritage, from studios through to large-scale light-industrial workshops and exhibition and event spaces, are now home to a growing creative community, including one of London's oldest gin distillers.
