FibreLab was founded in 2021 with a mission to redefine the unsustainable fashion industry and offer a solution to one of the industry’s biggest problems - waste. Since then, we’ve been working with local fashion brands, film studios and hospitality businesses alongside students, researchers, designers and makers to develop creative, innovative, functional and aesthetically pleasing material solutions. Using specialist machinery and unique processes, we transform textile waste into a new, valuable recycled fibre that can be made into countless new products.
