London-based French duo Zoe Imber and Romain Parize founded Homefolks in 2020. Led by a narrative approach to design, the studio developed a cross-disciplinary practice that blurs the boundaries between design and art. Homefolks sculptural objects and furniture play with contrasts, scales and purity of forms with a fundamental emphasis on material. A celebration of craftsmanship, the collection is carefully made using traditional savoir faire. Homefolks strives to create enduring objects of exceptional quality whilst writing their story in a conscious way, by adopting a small scale, made to order production and using sustainably sourced materials.
