Madhuriya is a London based non-profit Community Interest Company founded by Kripa Iyer and Neelambaree Prasad, friends and fellow dancers, originally from Mumbai. We are dancers and storytellers and we use our art for positive climate messaging. We are collaborating with a virtual climate school Terra.do (https://terra.do/) to create a new art for climate change platform called ClimArts. The goal of ClimArts is to convey Climate stories in a simple and engaging way through dance and other art forms including digital media. We create bespoke dance and multimedia presentations to promote sustainability and bring about climate action. As curators, we collaborate with artists and climate experts to bring aesthetic, data driven climate exhibitions and performances to diverse global audiences. The focus is to drive action through a positive and pragmatic approach, rather than the doom and gloom narrative.
