Hello! I’m Tiffany Rice, the designer behind the brand Mylk and Honey Clothier. The brand is best known for swimwear, poolside, and resort-wear. However, I’ve created editorial and commissioned designs that spans multiple categories. I found Mylk and Honey in 2018 in Baltimore, MD. At the time I was working as a mental health therapist and part time college instructor. Fashion design has been my peace and refuge since I was a young adult in my social work doctoral program. Fashion design was instrumental in helping me have balance and build healthy self-esteem as an early career therapist. In 2017, I decided to take my love for fashion seriously by going to fashion design school. My fashion brand was born out of that journey. I bring a lot of myself as a therapist to Mylk and Honey. I have always found great purpose in helping people to foster healthy self-esteem. I’ve been able to do this with my design work and by educating the fashion community about mental health and self-care.
