Nikki Edwards is a London-based contemporary mosaic artist whose practice explores the intersection of digital design and ancient craft. Working between digital conception and anti-digital making, she transforms ideas developed through contemporary design processes into richly tactile, handcrafted mosaics. Using mosaic as a sculptural and graphic medium, she creates vibrant works that celebrate colour, texture and visual storytelling. Rooted in a background in branding and graphic design, her work challenges conventional perceptions of mosaic, combining precision with experimentation to produce bold, contemporary pieces that evoke joy, curiosity and a sense of imagined worlds. Alongside her original artworks, Nikki creates bespoke commissions for private collectors, residential interiors and hospitality spaces, collaborating with clients, designers and architects to realise distinctive site-specific and interior artworks.
