ONELAB offers an innovative, experiential learning journey to nurture and unleash the full capabilities of SEND young people. The ONELAB Mission ONELAB addresses the disability employment gap and combats poverty and unemployment among young people at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) through: 1. Innovative designed curriculum that raises the attainment levels of SEND learners, thereby increasing life chances; and 2. Providing clear, tangible pathways to employment and self-employment.
