Established 2020, Osmose Studio is a regenerative design lab. It is our goal to encourage a symbiotic relationship between people, the planet, and support a bio-revolution to help solve our material crisis. We work across many industries including furniture, architecture, interiors, materials, biological research and fashion/leathers. The core common denominator is fungi and the extensive expertise we have gathered in training multiple UK mycelium species for different applications. We use mycelium to develop our own products but we also provide mycelium supplies and educational training on the commercial/creative use of mycelium. Our organic materials are all 100% biodegradable and we source verified materials locally where possible. Founders Aurelie Fontan and Ashley Granter advocate for a symbiotic lifestyle that reconciles urban and rural environments and treats nature as a primary stakeholder.
