SPIRA9 is an interdisciplinary art, London-based curatorial platform founded by Teng Xue, working across contemporary art, design, and spatial practice. It supports emerging and underrepresented practitioners through exhibitions, publishing, and artist development initiatives grounded in research and experimentation. SPIRA9's programme includes exhibitions, solo presentations, and site-responsive pop-ups, alongside the quarterly publication Re: Art and the ongoing Artist of the Month series. It focuses on projects engaging with material innovation, digital culture, and expanded spatial practices. SPIRA9 has produced over 10 international exhibitions, performances, and workshops, supported more than 100 artists, and reached audiences across 14 countries. Guided by an artist-centred ethos, we aim to foster inclusive, forward-thinking platforms for critical dialogue and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
