Stanton Williams is a London-based, multi-award-winning design studio, renowned for its uplifting architecture and sensitive approach to the restoration and adaptive reuse of heritage buildings. The practice has developed its portfolio from an initial focus on museums and galleries to encompass a wide variety of projects across the housing, education and life sciences sectors. All of which demonstrates an overarching objective of putting the user’s experience at the forefront of the agenda, as well as creating highly sustainable spaces that sensitively respond to their cultural and physical context. Having recently completed the Eddington Key Worker Housing for Cambridge University and a new research centre for Great Ormond Street Hospital, Stanton Williams is currently working on several residential projects in France and the UK; a number of educational and Life Sciences facilities across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc; as well as the new Museum of London at West Smithfield.
