The WAX Building is London’s latest epicentre for independent British design. Home to Cozmo, Tamart, Minimalux and LightMass^, this permanent creative hub occupies a former Victorian furniture waxing and shellacking factory, nestled in the heart of Shoreditch at 4 Garden Walk. Spread across four floors, the building has been reimagined as a year-round space for innovation, collaboration and design-led experiences.
