The Wax Building is a new hub for independent British design brands, located in the heart of Shoreditch. Formerly a Victorian furniture factory for waxing and shellacking, set over 4 floors, the site has been transformed into a vibrant space for creativity and innovation, housing some of the most exciting design businesses in the industry, including Cozmo, Tamart, Minimalux, LightMass^ and Field-Day Studio. The venue is a new permanent showroom for COZMO - a dynamic, digital-first furniture startup poised to democratise design, and home to TAMART - a new award-winning furniture design brand by Amos Goldreich. The other floors host an exhibition by MINIMALUX, launching new interior products for 2024, an installation to debut LIGHTMASS^ - a new lighting company by Raw-Edges Design Studio; and FIELD-DAY STUDIO, a design bureau providing the graphic identity for the building. WAX is to become a platform for connecting and showcasing creative industry talents throughout the year.
