Ananya Singhal, Managing Partner of Studio Saar, has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, working on projects in the United Kingdom and India spanning industrial, commercial, landscape and private residential sectors. He founded Studio Saar in 2019 with Creative Director Jonny Buckland, after studying Architecture together at the University of Bath. The Studio was recognised as the Emerging Architect of the Year at the 2024 Dezeen Awards and has gone on to win the International Award in Architecture Today's Test of Time Awards for its design of Secure Sanand in 2026. Prior to joining Studio Saar, Singhal created the first list of heritage buildings in Udaipur for the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage and worked at not-for-profit organisation Sangath with Pritzker Prize winning architect Dr BV Doshi and Rajeev Khatpalia. Ananya Singhal is also part of the leadership team at multinational electronics manufacturer Secure.
