Loukia is passionate about the intricate dynamics of cities and delves into the art of creating vibrant spaces and communities. Since joining Foster + Partners in 2014, Loukia has played a pivotal role in numerous international projects, driving the design process of masterplans. With a background in architecture and engineering from National Technical University Athens, she further honed her expertise by obtaining a master's degree in Urban Design from the Bartlett, UCL.
