For the past 20 years, I have been generating evidence and insights into the experiences and needs of diverse people to benefit individuals, organisations, and society. My client portfolio includes most government departments, as well as Channel 4, Estée Lauder, Diageo, EY, Care Quality Commission, Jaguar Land Rover, PWC, Macmillan Cancer Support, RNIB, and many more. I held the post of Lecturer in Social and Organisational Psychology at the London School of Economics for seven years before joining the commercial sector to have a greater, more direct impact.
