Nigel Cottier is a designer and experimental typographer with an ongoing interest in creating work of beauty using formulae, hidden systems and data as tools for creation. As Design director at Accept & Proceed he has led notable commercial projects for Apple, BMW, IBM, Nike, NASA and Rapha. In September he will publish his second book Alphabetical Playground, exploring a wide range of themes concerning expression in text. A playful series of graphic experiments that investigate and manipulate the building blocks of language.
