Stephen Heath is Creative Director at Accept & Proceed; the award-winning B-Corp certified creative studio. With a global client base, the studio is renowned for producing thoughtful work and experiences for the sports, fashion, tech, and data sectors. In his role as Creative Director Stephen is focussed on building a platform for his team to succeed, this includes leading internal initiatives such as the Continuum – an internal lab space for self-initiated projects and research. A decade's worth of experience working within the growing team at A&P has given Stephen a clear understanding of what a team needs to feel valued and he has played an instrumental role in facilitating the Living Business Plan, a companywide initiative that empowers the entire studio to co-create the future direction and ambitions of A&P.
