As a workplace specialist, Suzan looks to transform workplace environments so people enjoy being at the office. She has been in corporate real estate for the best part of 15 years in global and regional roles within the finance and tech sectors, more recently in banking over the last five years. Within Workplace at Standard Chartered Bank for the Europe and Americas region, she is responsible for Project and Design, Facilities Management & Sustainability, and Workplace Experience and wellbeing. Suzan’s remit covers a total of 19 locations in the Standard Charted Bank portfolio, with approximately 500,000 sq. ft and just over 5,000 employees. She advises and partners with business leaders to drive change and innovation, define and implement business strategies and strengthen organisational effectiveness throughout the workplace.
