Tobias Rylander is an award-winning designer known for his work in lighting, staging, and conceptual design across music tours, live productions, fashion, theatre, art installations, and commercials. Recent projects include The 1975's "At Their Very Best" 2022 world tour, Beyonce's Renaissance tour, and Eurovision winner Loreen's 2023 performance. He has designed for The XX, FKA Twigs, Drake, London Grammar, Robyn, The Strokes, and Riot Games. In fashion, he has worked with Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, and Acne Studios. Tobias also collaborated on a multi-sensory art installation with Karen O and Danger Mouse at the Marciano Art Foundation. In commercials, he worked with Spike Jones on Apple's 'HomePod' ads and Volvo commercials. His theatre work includes the 2022 Royal Swedish Opera's Cinderella. Tobias received the Knights of Illumination award for his work with The 1975 and continues to push the boundaries of innovative design.
