Alexander Kneller presents Lamina, a laminated wood dining chair.
Derived from the Latin word for sheet, layer or plate, the name Lamina references the natural world and the physical process of fabricating this complex wooden chair. The structure of the chair has been separated into three distinct sections that support one another and flow together seamlessly. Fascinated by organic and natural forms and harnessing the qualities of sustainable materials such as timber, Alexander often works with complex geometric shapes and surfaces. Available after 1700 hrs during the week by appointment.
