#cfeditions

In their East London Studio, Christopher Farr present new launches from their sister brand CF Editions, with limited edition rug designs including Josef Albers Homage to the Square Series and a runner from fellow Bauhausler Gunta Stölzl alongside, artist Kate Blee and the Stars collection.

Rather like limited edition prints, CF Editions are translated from original artworks and fabricated to the most exacting standards with the artist or artist’s estate, guided by the technical expertise of the Christopher Farr design team to translate the original artwork as faithfully as possible. Through collaborating with the most interesting and iconic artists and designers, CF Editions is an opportunity to build your own art collection with pieces that can be enjoyed every day; functional and aesthetic in one. All handmade, CF Editions are ready in stock for drop shipping, accessibly priced and available for immediate purchase through selected retailers from gallery and museum shops, respected design stores and online platforms. SHOREDITCH DESIGN TRIANGLE LATE: TUESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER IN CONVERSATION & DRINKS Join TF Chan, Director of COLLECT art fair, Georgina Stoneman, director of Georgina Stoneman Fine Art, Kate Blee, artist and Dorothy Bourne, rug development, Christopher Farr. 17:30 Welcome drink 18:00 In Conversation 19:00 Drinks continue 21:00 End LIVING WITH LEGACY: FROM FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS TO CHERISHED COMPANIONS The objects around us have taken on renewed significance in an era shaped by digital experiences and a culture of disposability. Today, collecting is less about accumulation and more about enriching our everyday lives through a meaningful connection to the pieces we live with. This conversation explores how functional objects become lifelong companions. Through limited editions and re-editions, we discuss the trusted relationship between artists, designers and makers, and what it means to live with collectible design, and consider how the act of collecting can be a form of cultural patronage and stewardship.
