London interiors brand Adventures in Furniture launch a curated selection of eclectic and abstract photography and paintings from emerging and established artists. Designed to add intrigue to living spaces, injecting post pandemic life with personality, mood enhancing colour and pattern for a more positive experience.
The expression of home AIF celebrates the 2022 London Design Festival and the Islington Design District with pop up art collections from emerging and established artists. AIF showrooms will be launching a curated selection of art designed to add intrigue and depth to our living spaces. These collections are eclectic and abstract to encourage adding expression, intrigue, and layers to home interiors. The pandemic enhanced the need for safe havens in our homes that we could work in and retreat to. Homes have evolved from their functional purpose to become a place to connect with what we love. A place where we celebrate our personalities with mood enhancing colour and pattern and make post pandemic living a more positive experience. The intent of these ‘adventures in art’ is to enhance personal spaces and explore new designs alongside the furniture collections. Collaborations for London Design Festival 2022 London based photographer Artur Nizicki’s stunning prints feature London architecture as you’ve never seen it before. The abstract form of celebrated buildings balance materiality with geometry in his style of ‘Urban Geometry’ which can make even the toughest materials appear mystical. Surrey based artist Kasia Clarke’s large scale paintings prompt the viewer to surrender their visual experience and immerse themselves into the painting. Her work depicts emotional ‘places’ loosely based on a landscape concept. But these landscapes are not depictions of specific geographic areas – they are imaginary, intuitive, soulful expressions of emotion painted in an expressive and emotive manner. Brand Adventures in Furniture (AIF) is an independent London brand making beautiful designs responsibly. AIF embraces colour, oozes personality, values service, has knowledge & shares it all with customers, friends, interior designers – anyone who sets foot in the showrooms. Come and be dazzled! From workshops in Europe and the UK, AIF conjures up award-winning contemporary furniture collections. The style is unreservedly colourful and the intent is to create happy spaces, London style. At its core, AIF values design, comfort and social responsibility – all firmly rooted in AIF’s DNA.
