You are cordially invited to celebrate the launch of "Flavouring the City," an immersive installation by One Bite Design Studio, at the London Design Festival 2025. Marking our debut at this festival, we at onebite are thrilled to engage with London's vibrant design community. For our first-ever participation, we are eager to bring our unique exploration of urbanism to the city, sharing a project that connects deeply with the senses and the soul of a metropolis. "Flavouring the City" is a new, site-specific adaptation of our "Flavour Library" project. The original installation mapped the collective memory of a neighbourhood through its distinct palate, creating a living archive of tastes and the stories they tell. Now, we are excited to bring this sensory exploration to the UK, asking: What does London taste like? The installation invites you to become a flavour explorer. Through an interactive, multi-sensory journey, you will taste, map, and contribute to a living tapestry of the city's edible identity. It’s an exploration of how food shapes our memories, connects our communities, and defines the very fabric of our urban environment. Join us for our exclusive opening party to be among the first to experience the installation. Mingle with the designers, enjoy complimentary tastings that inspired the project, and immerse yourself in a space where architecture meets gastronomy.
