PORCELANOSA and Jestico + Whiles are delighted to introduce 'Light, battle between space and time' at this year’s London Design Festival. 'Light, battle between space and time' is the perfect way to showcase PORCELANOSA products in an exciting and visually engaging way.

Taking reference from earlier larger scale lighting installations Pareidolia (2019) and Aperture (2018), Jestico + Whiles have designed three contemporary lamps to display the unique quality of Krion™ which becomes translucent when backlit. Constructed from delicate stone fins, the fluid forms distort and dissolve boundaries between material and light, exploring movement, memory, and pattern. Jestico + Whiles is design led international studio of architects and interior designers based in London and Prague that deliver excellence in every project they take on. 'Light, battle between space and time' builds on an ongoing relationship with PORCELANOSA highlighting the company’s dedication to forward thinking and innovative design, both at home and on a larger scale. 'Light, battle between space and time' is the perfect way to showcase PORCELANOSA products in an exciting and visually engaging way. As a group we wanted to highlight the importance of light and lighting in design and architecture and the cohesion with the space, curve, and movement. Also on display at Hanover Square will be a series of lamps designed by Roberto Bellantoni, which arrive in London after being displayed at FuoriSalone at Milan Design Week 2022. The collection of those lamps draw inspiration from across the globe. Made using Altissima and Krion the modern lighting exudes elegance and displays the endless possibilities PORCELANOSA materials have within the modern home. The lamps will be displayed at the flagship PORCELANOSA showroom on Hanover Square, during London Design Festival from 17-25 September 2022.
