Mobility Mojo is the accessibility management platform for global enterprises. At NeuroPlaces we are soft-launching our neurodiversity product — Neuroinclusion for all buildings. Assess. Adapt. Include. Come and see it live.

WHO WE ARE Mobility Mojo is the accessibility management platform for global enterprises. Founded in Dublin by Stephen Cluskey, Patrick Hickey and Noelle Daly, we help organisations measure, monitor, improve and output accessibility across their entire real estate portfolio. Our clients include Accenture, Bayer and UBS. Every building asset is already measured — fire safety, energy, security, sustainability. Accessibility is the one dimension that isn't. We close that gap, and we do it at portfolio scale. WHY NEUROINCLUSION Seventy per cent of disabilities are invisible, and by 2040 an estimated 40% of the workforce will be neurodivergent. Yet the things that shape whether a building works for a neurodivergent person — lighting, acoustics, wayfinding, predictability, somewhere quiet to go — are almost never measured. The barriers sit in the environment, not in the people using it. WHAT WE ARE DOING AT NEUROPLACES NeuroPlaces marks the soft launch of our neurodiversity product: Neuroinclusion for all buildings. Assess. Adapt. Include. It brings the same model we already use for accessibility to the sensory and cognitive experience of a building. Measure what is actually there. Monitor it across every site with a score you can track. Improve it with prioritised, evidence-based action. Output it to the people who use the buildings, so employees, candidates and visitors know what to expect before they arrive. It is built on the highest accessibility and neurodiversity standards in the world, under the leadership of our co-founder Noelle Daly, who chairs the technical committee for accessibility standards in the built environment at the National Standards Authority of Ireland and leads the Irish delegation designing new international standards. SEE IT IN ACTION We are running live demos throughout Shoreditch Design Week. Come and walk through the platform with us, see how a building is assessed, and see what neuroinclusion looks like when it is measured rather than assumed. Whether you manage one building or six hundred, we will show you where to start. FIND US Mobility Mojo, stand DW48, Protein Studios, 31 New Inn Yard, Shoreditch, London EC2A 3EY. 14–17 September.
