MOO MOO

Moo Moo is an exhibition celebrating Japan based glassblower and artist Miwa Ito. A collection of glassware ranging from dreamlike versions of everyday objects to sculptural pieces are on show and for sale at Hato Store in Coal Drops Yard, London. Inspired by childhood cartoons, movies, interiors and food, Ito’s pieces are created using candy coloured glass formed into objects reminiscent of candy floss or gloopy slime. The exhibition features a video installation as well as objects and posters that draw on her inspirations and references, immersing onlookers into the mind and world of Ito. Hato Store have featured the artists work for the past year, the exhibition is an opportunity for the store and the studio to highlight Ito and share her work with our community in London.
