#NightClub TheForgottenShift

NIGHT CLUB is an award-winning engagement programme that brings together shift workers, employers, sleep scientists and policy makers to help mitigate the negative impact of working night shifts and irregular hours, creating better and healthier working experiences.

Tired? 1 in 5 workers work nights. NIGHT CLUB is an award-winning engagement programme that brings together shift workers, employers, sleep scientists and policy makers to help mitigate the negative impact of working night shifts and irregular hours, creating better and healthier working experiences. The experience is designed to communicate evidence-based sleep health information to workers in situ during their shift. Employees are invited to learn easy to action tips on how to improve their sleep and wellbeing, speak with a sleep expert and share their experiences of working at night. This September, NIGHT CLUB will pop-up in Better Bankside’s Southwark Street Arch to support shift workers in the area. The public are also invited to come at selected times and learn about how to improve their sleep and support those in their lives who work shifts. Devised by The Liminal Space in partnership with Wellcome Trust, NIGHT CLUB has proven to be a highly effective tool in the workplaces of our industry partners.
