V-ZUG presents The Fifth Taste: Table Rituals, an installation exploring how invisible technology shapes the way we gather. At the heart of it, the Cooktop V6000 Integra - a fully concealed induction system - makes its UK premiere at our Wigmore Street studio.
For The Fifth Taste: Table Rituals, V-ZUG invites artists Stuart Forrester, Feldspar, Moritz Waldemeyer, and Robi Walters to reimagine the dining table as a site of ritual, craft and quiet innovation. A new Cooktop collection. An art exhibition.
What if the Cooktop disappeared?
Central to the installation is the Cooktop V6000 Integra, developed with Inalco, an induction cooking surface so seamlessly integrated it disappears entirely into the table itself. Having previously shown at Milan Design Week and 3daysofdesign Copenhagen, the Integra makes its UK debut during London Design Festival.
Each artist brings a distinct material and sensory perspective to the table setting, exploring how design can transform everyday rituals: eating, gathering, sharing into moments of considered beauty. The result is a table that hides its technology in plain sight, letting craftsmanship and human connection take centre stage.
