The Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation (ACDF) proudly presents a demonstration workshop by Kamoliddin Abdullaev, a master of Uzbek miniature painting.

The event, generously hosted by The King’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts, will showcase the expertise of Abdullaev, a specialist in the illustration of books whose work has been exhibited around the world. Working with tempera and gold leaf, Abdullaev creates intricate compositions inspired by the ancient Uzbek miniature masters of the 14th and 15th centuries. To sign up for the workshop, please register for one of the three time slots here: https://schooloftraditionalarts.org/course/the-uzbekistan-art-and-culture-development-foundation-miniature-painting-workshop/ Participants will have a chance to try their hand at traditional techniques in this unique opportunity to learn from a master painter. All materials provided. The staging of the workshop as part of the London Design Festival epitomizes the ACDF’s mission to preserve and share the rich history of traditional Uzbek arts.
