Visit Minoli London - The Surface Within

Established in 1960, just recently on September 13th, we celebrated the 10th Anniversary of Minoli's London showroom, The Surface Within on George Street, Marylebone, W1. Fully refitted with the very latest porcelain and ceramic ranges from the extensive Minoli product portfolio, now is a great time to visit and explore this delightful design resource. Throughout the Gallery, Presentation Suite and Studio, you will find an almost endless display of marble, stone, wood and metal-effect tiles, extra-large format slabs, mosaics and décor pieces, representing the latest technological methodologies in porcelain and ceramic design. Advancements in tiles for indoor use have seen the emergence of extended lines of extra-large format slabs that allow uninterrupted floor to ceiling coverage, a wider availability of different finishes including polished, matt, brushed, textured, structured and hammered, higher definition graphics and new techniques in transparent layering that produce designs with extraordinary depth and movement. Over recent years however, beyond tiles for interior use, Minoli and our Italian production partners have focused investment into the sourcing and manufacture of high-performance outdoor porcelain paving. Some of the progressive product developments mentioned above are also being applied to the expanding product lines that are purposefully produced for exterior installations, in a durable 20 mm thickness with increased load bearing, frost proofing and slip-resistance. As such, many in Minoli’s extensive ranges have coordinating interior tiles and exterior pavers to match, so very consistent indoor to outside transitions can be achieved – a design concept we call ‘Connected Living’. Based in the Mayfair Design District, visitors will be able to tour the showrooms and tile displays, meet the team, take away copies of the Minoli Design Trends Report, the Connected Living Design Concept booklet, our latest product brochures and view our sample libraries.
