To mark the launch of Molteni Mondo. An Italian Design Story, the first monograph dedicated to the company and its 90th anniversary, Molteni&C hosts an exclusive conversation with designer Michael Anastassiades on the practice of learning and the world of design, between past and present. Strictly by invitation only.

In an engaging conversation inspired by the theme of this year's Brompton Design District 'The Practice of Learning', Giulia Molteni, CMO of Molteni Group will talk about the process of the book's origin and creation, along with backstage facts, together with Michael Anastassiades - one of the designers featured in the book. “Molteni Mondo. An Italian Design Story” is the volume published by Rizzoli New York that traces the identity, relationships with architects and designers, history, symbols, and distinctive features of the company founded in 1934 in Giussano by Angelo and Giuseppina Molteni and now an independent and global industrial group, a leader in high-end furniture. "Molteni Mondo" engages international artists and curators to look at the present, past, and future of the company. It provides an overview of a Made in Italy story, focusing on collaborations with major players in the design world – Vincent Van Duysen, Ron Gilad, Jacques Herzog, Jasper Morrison, Jean Nouvel, Tobia Scarpa, and Patricia Urquiola, to name a few – the locations of the Compound in Brianza, where the headquarters is located with its community, production processes and technological innovations, craftsmanship and sustainability, significant prototypes and collections, contract projects and stores worldwide, archive, and the museum.
