Park Royal Design District will be hosting its dedicated district day on Saturday 14th September to shine a light on the partners based here during LDF24. Experience the thriving design-led scene of the district and late-night partner events and openings!
Now in its fourth year, Park Royal Design District is home to a cluster of fresh creative talent and a real 'hidden gem' of North West London. Visitors to the area will uncover a thriving, collaborative community of new and established creatives, working within studios and workshops repurposed from the area’s rich industrial history. This unique landscape has inspired an exciting blend of traditional craftsmanship and high-tech innovation - many finding inspiration from reclaimed materials and repurposed offcuts from their industrial neighbours. With recurring themes of circularity and resourcefulness, Park Royal is setting the bar high as an exemplar for a truly sustainable and community-focused design district. An incubator for new talent, the district will offer an engaging programme of exhibitions, open studios, demonstrations, workshops and interactive events across a range of disciplines. Designers’ and makers’ specialisms include leathercraft, millinery, art, furniture design, glasswork, sustainable fashion, and product design.
