Come to the FACTORY SHOP to see (and buy) what our Absolute Beginners have been making over the last 6 months. A4 paper, tyre sandals, clay cups - all made by by hand, off-grid, and with local recycled materials. You might even see some products being produced LIVE before your very eyes.
Absolute Beginners is a new community art project for Park Royal, where young people can learn how to make some of the basic goods that were once produced here – and which we might need to make again in our uncertain future. Absolute Beginners was commissioned by OPDC as part of the Great Place Scheme, funded by Arts Council England and the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
