Design Burger - The Product Design 100

Design Burger, the independent media platform for contemporary product and industrial design, has spent the past eight years documenting the products, people and ideas shaping the field. Its first book, The Product Design 100, offers a snapshot of industrial design today, bringing together 100 realised projects spanning consumer electronics, furniture, lighting, homeware and transport. The 324-page linen bound hardback will launch with a six-day exhibition at Kachette Annex during Shoreditch Design Week, from 15–20 September 2026. Created as a tangible record of contemporary design, the publication brings together work from independent designers, established studios and global brands. The projects were selected for their clarity of purpose, quality and relevance to the wider industrial design conversation, rather than their alignment with a single aesthetic or trend. Original writing from leading voices across the industry places the selection within a broader cultural and industrial context. Written contributions include Benjamin Pardo, Maria Cristina Didero, Norman Teague, Julie Richoz and Pearson Lloyd, among others.
