Conversation between Osman Yousefzada, (visual artist, fashion designer, author) and Shumi Bose (Senior Lecturer and Contextual Studies Co-ordinator, BA Architecture Central St Martins) with opening speech by Andrew Haines (Chief Executive, Network Rail).

Inspired by the popular novel by Charles Dickens and based on Osman Yousefzada’s recent book ‘The Go-Between: A Portrait of Growing Up Between Different Worlds’. Yousefzada will deliver a brief lecture presenting how his personal experience growing up in between two polarised worlds in Birmingham has influenced his current work in art and design.
