Orsinibrewin is an architectural practice specialising in spaces for creative businesses. Orsinibrewin's team will guide you through their ongoing and completed projects in Park Royal, where they have converted existing warehouses into smaller workshops, offering inspiring studio spaces for makers and artists.
Park Royal is an industrial area in West London, part of one of the largest redevelopment zones in London led by the OPDC. The area, already well connected, will be in the near future only two stops away from the City with the introduction of CrossRail. Orsinibrewin have worked, and are still working, with a number of private clients to convert large warehouses into, individual yet interconnected spaces for artists and makers. A new creative and vibrant community is emerging in this district, echoing what has happened in other industrial areas in East London. Orsinibrewin will be opening up one of their first studio buildings to be completed in the area on Gorst Road, which will provide a vantage point to showcase and visit other nearby buildings that provide much needed studio workspace for local creatives, all within walking distance. The tour will also include a site visit to Orsinibrewin's most recent project, a new-build four storey commercial building also located on Gorst Road. Orsinibrewin feel privileged to be a pivotal changemaker in Park Royal, celebrating its industrial heritage and rethinking the existing architecture to support a new emerging community of creatives and artists.
